Mark Phillips, Operations Manager Maryland / Instructor
Mark is the Maryland Operations Manager for Phase Line Defense. He served our Country as a Munitions Specialist with the 3345th Air Base Group, Chanute Air Force Base, Colorado, and the 81st Training Wing, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. For eleven years, Mark was a Critical Care Specialist, and for five years was a Communications Specialist for an extensive hospital system in Maryland. Mark also served as a volunteer firefighter with the Baltimore County Wise Avenue Volunteer Fire Company Station 27 for over twenty years. Mark is registered with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and certified as a Firefighter 1 and 2 with the National Fire Academy. Mark is a certified Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals Instructor with the United States Concealed Association (USCCA), USCCA Instructor for Emergency First Aid Fundamentals, and a USCCA Certified Range Safety Officer. Mark is also a Stop The Bleed® Instructor. Mark is also certified by the Maryland State Police to teach handgun courses in Maryland. Mark is a member of the Baltimore County Game & Fish Protective Association. Mark is a strong supporter of your Right to defend yourself and is an active member of Maryland Shall Issue (MSI), the Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association (MSRPA), the Firearms Policy Coalition, the National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR), the Gun Owners of America (GOA), as well as a Lifetime Member of the National Rifle Association (NRA). Mark is also a United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) member. Mark has been married to his lovely wife, Bonnie, for over five years, and he regularly enjoys spending time with his three children. Mark is passionate about teaching and has a unique ability to personally connect with our students and lead them to their self-defense goals. |
